• SEO strategy and technical audits
• Content strategy and production guidance
• Link building and outreach
• Analytics setup and reporting
• Digital marketing advisory and recommendations

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Consultation fees are due upon completion of services
• Project-based work may require partial payment upfront
• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Timely payment of all fees and charges
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary methodologies shared during engagement
• Implementing recommendations at their own discretion and risk

In no event shall Salaheddine Etalbi LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services, including SEO and digital marketing services.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. We will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary processes developed by Salaheddine Etalbi LLC remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Work product completed to date will be delivered upon payment

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Salaheddine Etalbi LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
